The Anaconda Home Owners Association welcomes you to our complex. We hope the information below will help to make your stay at Anaconda an enjoyable experience.
Information Concerning Your Stay
WiFi: The Association provides complimentary WiFi throughout the four buildings in the complex. Your rental or leasing contact should provide any necessary passcodes.
Hot Tub/ Deck: The outdoor hot tub is on the west end of building two. The deck surround also has a gas grill and a picnic table with chairs for all guests to enjoy. Hot Tub Facility is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guest compliance with Hot Tub Facility rules is mandatory to insure the safety of guests. Hot Tub Facility Rules are posted at the Facility. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 21 years or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are requested to clean the grill grates and dispose of trash after use.
Skis/Snowboard Storage: Each unit has an assigned locker located in the garage.
Bicycle and Scooter Storage: Anaconda has two bike closets located on property for year around storage. Bike owners are responsible for providing a bike/scooter lock.
Quiet Hours: Anaconda has a quiet hour policy between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. Guests will refrain from making loud noises, talking loudly, running in hallways and will restrict volume levels when listening to music or viewing television. This policy applies to all units and common areas to include the hallways, laundry facility, garages, stairwell landings and the front parking lot of the building. If there is a quiet hour violation, contact the Building Manager 970-409-0178 or Copper Mountain Security at 970-390-6888.
Issues in Unit: Call the Management Company or Owner you rented the unit from for issues with housekeeping, additional towels or trouble with the TV, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven or Dishwasher.
Emergency Issues in Unit: Call the Building Manager for lack of heat, water leaks & electrical issues.
Common Area Issues: Call the Building Manager for problems in the Hot Tub Facility, Laundry Facility & Gas Grill.
Trash: Trash cans are located outside beside the front entry gate. Please do not leave any trash on the floor of the Dumpster Garage, on the floor or in trash receptacles in any garage, or outside the front door of your unit.
Recycle: Recycle receptacles are located outside beside the front entry gate. Recyclables should be placed in a paper bag or directly into the Blue Container.
Do not use plastic bags for recyclables. Please recycle glass, plastics, paper and cardboard.
Do not put trash in the recycle receptacles.

Parking at Anaconda: There is limited free parking on Anaconda property. Only two vehicles per unit are permitted to be parked on property at any time. Guests
must
register in the Anaconda Parking System by using the QR Code on the refrigerator in the unit the Guest is staying in while at Anaconda. Instructions for registration should be supplied by the owner or rental company. Vehicles not registered in Anaconda's Parking System are subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.
Parking Passes from Rental Management Companies are not valid and if used by the Guest without registering in the Anaconda Parking System will risk being booted or towed. Garage doors are just 6' 8" tall. Please do not try to park in a garage if your vehicle, including any roof rack is taller than that. These vehicles will need to be parked in exterior parking spaces in front of building. Any damage caused to the Garage Doors, ceiling framing/tiles, electrical/signal cables, plumbing or overhead lights by vehicles violating the
6' 8" height limit will be the sole financial responsibility of the vehicle owner or rental vehicle operator. Any questions concerning parking please contact Building Manager for assistance. Copper Mountain Resort does provide overflow parking in the Alpine Lot located adjacent to the resort entrance.
Copper Coach
- Book a ride with the Copper Coach 15-20 minutes ahead of your desired pickup time for free pickup at Anaconda and transportation throughout Copper Mountain Resort. Copper Coach operates from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM during Winter Season and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during Summer Season. Go to TRACKMYSHUTTLE.COM/COPPER.
Public Bus Stops
- You can walk to the East Village Bus Stop on Wheeler Circle to catch:
- Resort Shuttle Bus to the to the Union Creek and East Village Lift areas.
- Summit Stage to Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone and A-Basin. Visit the Summit Stage website or download their free APP. www.summitcountyco.gov/services/transit_summit_stage/index.php
Nearby Amenities: Across the street from Anaconda, in the center of East Village, you will find the tubing hill, a snow maze, ski shops, restaurants and the Super Bee lift.
